This four issue series, published by Dark Horse Comics in 1991, was an outstanding success. Featuring cover paintings by, Dave Dorman, the series quickly became a fan favorite. The story was written by Hal Barwood and Noah Falstein of Lucasfilm Games and the adaptation was written by William Messner-Loebs. For the first three issues pencils were by Dan Barry, inks by Karl Kesel and color art by Lurene Haines. On the final issue Dan Barry insisted on taking over all art roles.
